cooked whole roast chicken

Are the ones you buy ready cooked on the hot section from the supermarket free? They just seem greasy compared to homecooked x

Not sure but if you took all the skin off etc. probably would be free

I have heard that they inject fat into the chicken which is why its soo moist. Not sure how true it is. Xx

I googled it and read somewhere that they recently changed it to brine and that it is now syn free on slimming world. Not sure how true that is x

Been huge debates on this and after contacting major supermarkets sw confirmed the chickens are NOT injected with fat so as long as u remove the skin they are free foods.
