Thread: Red Peppers in brine (contains sugar)

Hi, I bought a jar of karyatis brand (i think lol) red peppers in brine, got them from asda, on the jar it says the brine contains sugar so are these still free or not? had a look on sw website can't see anything and searched on here and cant find an answer, hope someone knows

Why not use the syn calculator i get the peppadew ones and theyre syn free
