    does anyone shop here and do u know of any syn values. they have bags of diced chicken breast id like to use with stir fry tonight but not sure if free. thanks. x

    What does it say in the list of ingredients? That is, the small print on the back of the packet. If it just says chicken, then it is free if you cut any fat off. If it mentions any other ingredients, such as oil or flour, then it is not free.
