Hi Guys,
I'm new to the website to apologies if I'm doing something wrong but someone told me that low fat Phili is now free when cooking with it, is this correct? if not does anyone know the Syn value?

Think someone is trying to sabotage your diet!!! Not free. Believe it can be a HEB in some circumstances, but only the plain one, not the falvoured ones. Sorry don't know the actual syns, but I'm sure someone will be along soon with the correct info.
Trying really hard to live up to my username!!!!

BMI Information:
25g is 2 points if you use the light one (any flavour plain chilli garlic..etc)
If you get the extra light one you can have 25g for 1.5syns
I think if u use it as a healthy extra you can have 2X35g mini tubs of the light one
Or use quark its a fat free soft cheese used for cooking, i use it for carbonara.
Hope that helps

75g of plain philly light is a HEA on all three plans
On green you can also have the flavoured or extra light ones as a HEB (amount will vary depending on which one you use)
