Thread: Syns in a small light mocha frapuccino from starbucks?

I'm a bit confused because I've read through some boards and some people say you can use your HEX A allowance on it, which would cut down some syns, does anyone have any idea of the syns if I used my HEX A allowance? No cream on top of course! Xxx

You can take 6 syns off if using your milk as a hea option :-)

This always confuses me. Wouldn't it depend on how much milk they used though? Because yes, a HExA is roughly 6 Syns, but that's for the full 250ml. What if they don't use 250ml, and they actually use less? Then the Syns would be coming from elsewhere, not necessarily the milk.

It's something which has always baffled me. I'd rather just Syn the whole thing, or not have it at all.
