    Low Syn Chocolatey Puddings?

    Hi guys,

I tried to do a search but couldnt really find anything, im using the app.

I need some help, ive got terrible PMS (tmi, sorry) and cannot stop craving chocolate. I used to have a GU or melt in the middle pudding to fix my cravings before SW but i have no idea on low syn ones, any advice?
    Thanks xx

I wish they could invent a low-syn GU!!

For now, here are some alternatives

    - Marks & Spencer - Count on Us Chocolate Muffin Dessert, individual, chilled, 110g pot 7½
    - Alpro Soya Chocolate pudding - 5 1/2 syns

I wish I could find a hot chocolate pudding though. Like the microwave ones. that would be nice!

You can make one using options hot choc and an egg I think! Google mug cake and it comes up-then it's only the syns for the options(other brands of hot chocolate are available)
