Does anyone know the syn values?

There's no free food allowance so you can work it out from calories (1 syn per 20 calories).

I use phd diet whey sometimes, and that's 95cals per scoop, so 5syns per scoop.

Thats the one i was thinking of using. Is it one scoop per shake? 5 syns isnt bad then as i dont really use many syns daily! Maybe 2 or 3.

I mix 1 scoop with a mullerlight and 200ml of either water or milk from my healthy extra allowance.
