    Skinny latte

    Ive been out all day with my hubby and ended up having a medium skinny latte at costa coffee and would love to know the syn value of this im not exactly sure but thought it was about 7 syns
    losing the weight for good this time
    I will be a size 12 again

    According to the Costa website, a medium skinny latte has 114 calories- so that'd be around 5.5 syns?? Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

    Oh thats great Jenstar as ive not had my Healthy extras yet so will use that on the milk
    losing the weight for good this time
