    Hello, I was wondering if anyone could help, im at a friends so dont have access to a syn calculator, could someone tell me how many syns are in Asda Sweet Chilli cod fillets. Their brand new so not in any books yet.

    One portions size is 100g and this is the nutritional info per 100g serving

    Protein 21 g
    Carbohydrate 2.5g
    Fat 1g
    Fibre 1.5g

    just had one of these today and they are totally scrummy, fish isn't normally my cup of tea unless its tuna but these were fab!!
