Spelt bread - syns

Hi does anyone know the syn value in a slice of Sainsburys spelt and sunflower bread? I can't seem to find any information :)

I have no idea what that is, if you post the nutritional stats we can look it up for you sw online xxx

yeah there is a lovely honey and spelt bread in my local bakery too, been wondering the syn value in this too

There is no free food allowance on bread so you can just use 1 syn per 20 calories but not much use if there is no nutritional info available x
