    Smile Spelt bread - syns

    Hi does anyone know the syn value in a slice of Sainsburys spelt and sunflower bread? I can't seem to find any information

    There is no free food allowance on bread so you can just use 1 syn per 20 calories but not much use if there is no nutritional info available x
