trout
I've looked around here (doing sw at home) and have come up with I can have 85g of trout as a Hexb (from my information), but how many syns is 100g?
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Raw or cooked without fat, my 2010 book says it'll be 2 syns for 28g - that would obviously only be on a Green day. However, instead of worrying about syns over the HEb allowance, why don't you just have a Red or EE day and have as much trout as you like for free?

Thanks for that. I don't do either red or EE days as I'm not really a meat eater so having a piece of fish is like a mega treat as I only do it a few times a year! But thanks for that suggestion
