Tomato puree - syns or no syns?!!

Does anyone know if tomato puree is still synned? Some people saying its now free while others say its synned. Help!

I find most the cheap ones dont have oil in, and the expensive ones do. But yeah, last christmas it became free and I am unaware that it has changed.

Has anyone ever found garlic puree without oil?
