hi does anyone know syn value of sour cream ? , i have about 150mls in fridge , dont really want to waste it but didnt know if it is silly syns , i was thinking of doing a chicken dish that i have recipe for & it would be between 5 of us so im hoping it may not be too awful !, thanks
