    Thanks for getting back to me on that Midnightprincess. Thats good news as i had already eaten it by the time i read this. I did have the 100ml so am well in as i have not eaten any of my syns today. I am not at class at the min which makes it really hard as i dont have the online to look up syns but hopefully i will get help on here when i need it. Thanks again
