Popcorn

Hi there, I have a popcorn maker and I use kernos which r free. There is no oil in the popcorn maker, just heat that cooks the kernos. Any idea if syn value? It's just plain popcorn. Gonna add my own salt to it x

The corn kernels are not free I'm afraid. syns like this can be found by searching under the basic food heading online :-)

popping corn kernels 4.5 per 25 g but actual yellow corn you buy in a bag frozen or in a tin in brine ready to eat is free .... but not superfree
