Hi there ! i'v done slimming world for 2 years now, and religously went to group untill last year when in saving for my wedding iv had to cut back on every outgoing possible (iv even cancelled the gym membership and forced myself to take the dog on longer, muddier, hillier walks for my body magic!) so now im doing slimming world at home, iv got all the books & buy the magazine however if anyone could tell me the values for these items i would be oh so greatful !

    "flava it" Chinese marinade
    calories- 333kcal
    protein- 3.5g
    carbs- 78.5g
    fat- 0.4g
    fibre- 0.9g

thats per 100g, the sachet i used is 45g

and 'kellogs Special K' biscuit moments
    calories - 98
    suagr- 7g
    fat - 2.5g
    fibre- 0.5g

Might be worth contacting them directly then-as officially sauces don't qualify for a free food allowance-which is why you calculate them at 1 syn for every 20 cals, but you never know

The ingredients of flava it Chinese marinade according to the packet include sugar, starch and yeast extract.

That'll be where the calories - and syns -come from!
