Thread: Tesco new sushi packs

Hi I've noticed that the new tesco sushi packs aren't on syns online yet.
When working it out for ee on the calculator do I put free food in as boiled rice?

It's the fish and vegetable one with smoked salmon, tuna and vegetable.
It is a 203g pack
Per 100g
Cal 170
Protein 5.3
Carbs 29.2
Fat 3.0

Any help would be great. I've got it as 4 syns but that seems low for the size of the pack x

They are quite low anyway as they contain lots of free food the standard sized ones are only 2.5syns
