    Syns in Semi skimmed Milk

    Hello, how many syns in 100ml and 250ml semi skimmed milk?

    I'm not too sure on 100ml but i think 250ml is 6 Syns. I'd prob say 2.5 for 100ml but don't quote me on that.
    July 2012 - Total Loss: -9lb
    August 2012 - Total Loss: -2.5lb
    September 2012 - Total Loss: -2lb
    October 2012 - Total Loss: 0lb
    November 2012 - Total Loss: -6lb
    December 2012 - Total Loss: +0.5
    January 2013 - Total Loss: -8lb
    February 2013 - Total Loss: -4lb
    March 2013 - Total Loss: -2lb
    April 2013 - Week 1: +5lb!!! Week 2: Next Weigh-In 9/4/13

    Yep, that's right. You can work it out using 1 syn for every 20 cals
    13.5lbs down 31lbs to go to first goal
