    Can anyone help please? I have looked up aldi oakhurst new york style chicken on the iphone app and it says 5.5 syns but in the description it says
    Aldi stores, oakhurst chicken breasts, new york style, twin pack. Does the 5.5 syn value mean each chicken breast or for the 2.
