    Quorn sausages

    I know there are a few threads on this but I can't seem to find info I want. I have a box of frozen quorn Cumberland sausages. They don't say best ever on them. Are they 1 syn each or free please?

    week 2: -4lb
    week 3-5: +2.5lb
