    can anyone recommend any hero foods from sainsburys .. low syn or better still free

    have just moved to a new town and sainsburys are the local supermarket (used to shop with tescos), plan to place an online order tonight in anticipation of starting slimming world in the mornin just wondered what your sw hero buys were from sainsburys
