Ive just started a new job and we dont have a kettle. Only free coffee vending machines.

The coffee is called Miofino and the company is Selecta. Does anyone know where I can find nutrition info or hazzard a guess at the syn value ?

I get a number 24 (coffee from beans, 1 sugar, extra milk) but the cup is tiny. Practically 1/2 (if that) of a regular cup.

Please help!
