Does anybody know of a recipe for an apple crumble that's low in Syns? It's my favourite dessert ever and I haven't had it for a long time and I'm craving it now its so darn cold!
If I make the crumble topping myself and have Waitrose low fat fresh custard (so yummy) with it, it wouldn't be too bad would it?
And also what's the deal with the apples once they are cooked? Are they high in Syns?
