    M and S sugar free rhubarb and and custard drops?

    Hi there,

    can anyone help with the syn value for these yummy looking sweeties?

    Per 100g

    250kal
    protein 0g
    carbohydrates 89.8g
    of which sugars 0.1g
    fat 4.5g
    of which saturates 2.6g
    fibre 0g

    it is a 42g box.

    I love the sugar free sweets from m&s. I used to think they were free but they are synned unfortunately. 1/2 syn per sweet

    Thanks so much for your reply- half a syn is not too bad for a few. You can really taste the rhubarb and custard. Free would have been better though!
