Thread: crispy bacon strips

does anyone know the syn value of a packet of waitress pre- cooked crispy bacon please? Would assume it's free but don't want to make a bad mistake .

The waitrose version aren't in my book, but the m&s version are -

Crispy bacon strips, ready to eat, chilled,

55g pack 9 syns on red and EE, 13.5 syns on green


Certainly won't be free as they are made from the fattiest cut (pork belly) and then deep fried.
