    Yikes I had a horrid thought and tried searching but couldn't find them!

    They are about 6cals per 250ml?!

    Oh right-that's not too bad then-they're sugar free then yeah? They should be fine-as tht would work out as 1 syn a litre-so negligible for the glass

    I made sure they were sugar free yes, just when I saw the cals I thought I could be wrong thinking they were syn free.

    I drink these and love them, I have like a bottle a day, I think they are good value 4 for £1.50 and they are quite big

    On the slimming world website it says........

    Tesco, Sparkling Spring Water with Sweeteners, all varieties, 100ml Free Free Free

    I have searched a few other places to and people are saying they are free
