Thread: Grace cock (chicken) flavour soup mix

Good morning please can anyone work out the syns for this soup mix. I understand the 1 syn per 20 kcal rule, but this contains dried noodles (free?). I do not have access to the SW website, but have the 2012 books, as I'm doing the diet with the help of the minimins site!. Forgot to add the pack size is 50g.

Soups do not get a free food allowance so it will be a straight 1 syn per 20 calories hun x
