    Does anyone know how many syns fruit polo's are? They are 144 cals so would it be right to syn them at 7 and a half? Thanks

    Yes - there's no free food allowance in them. I'd do 7.5 syns too but others will say just 7 (as it's only 4 cals over the 140).
