    Hi everyone i am really in the mood for a starbar and i know they used to be around 13 and a half, I have plenty of syns i need to get rid of so am hoping someone can find what the syn value is for me plz. Thanks

    Put on 7lbs since sept so

    1st goal - to loose that 7lbs which would take me to 11st 9.5lbs - ACHIEVED!!!!!
    2nd goal - loose next 7lbs to get below my lowest sw weight of 11st 3lb (march 2012) - ACHIEVED!!!!
    3rd goal - loose 3.5lb to be 10st something - ACHIEVED!!! 6.5.13
    4th goal - loose 6.5lbs to get to goal of 10st 7lbs

    It was soooooo scrummy and worth the 13 1/2 syns. I have some syns left over from yesterday so might treat myself to one for tonight while watching telly
