Could someone please remind me how many syns these are each & or also, how many for HEb?

If you have the packet there, you can work out the syns using 1 syn for every 20 cals HTH x

I'm not too sure of the syn value & I don't think they are now a hexb. have you tried doing a search?

You can search on the app, there is a search button or alternatively type it into google and the minimjns search results tend to be the first results

Pagen golden wheat are 3 syns each & pagen wholegrain 2.5 syns each. I've search SW &. Can't see them listed as hexb.

Lol! I tend to find google is the better option tho, as the search on the app isn't too great x
