I am rejoining Slimming World on Wednesday so just been preparing myself ready to start. I have done a shop online and also just put together a low syn treat tin. Thought I'd share it with you. xxxx

This is such a great idea when you need a choccy fix!!!
Can you make me one of these and send it via post? LMAO!!
It looks brilliant, lots of little treats!
I particularly like mini wham bars, fudge and Magic Stars!!

No idea how much the stuff cost, its bits ive had for a few weeks now but decided to put it all together and make good use out of the empty quality streets tin.

I love to have low syn snacks in though, stops me eating loads of rubbish by having treat sized ones. xxx

Mmmm nom nom, i bought some heroes before xmas & when i fancy some choc i just have one piece of choc....

i was just wondering where you got your mini wham bars from? I used to loooove those!

The mini wham bars are from Poundland hun. They come in a big bag with loads of them in and different flavours too xxx

That's a great idea will get some bits and hide it from the other half and kids and I would just like to say thanks mrswilsoncroft your link to your Facebook food pics has really helped me I haver first wi in wed and feel a lot happier with what I am doing now x

oh, great idea, think i'll pop in to poundland on way home from class tommorrow. Have, rediscovered milky bars(125g) this week at 3 sins, and they're lovely

I couldn't have that sat in the kitchen - all I'd hear is "eat me, eat me" all day and I'd end up scoffing the lot!!!

just wanted to say thank you, for a brill idea, did go poundland after class on wed and made meself up a treat box, even went pics on sunday, and, took some treats out me box, saved a fortune on pics price

That's a great idea and ColJack great idea too to have the syn values on the inside of the lid!! My OH's mum is doing sw with me too so if she comes round she'll know what syn'd treat she can have!!
