    Syns in Creme Fraiche

    Hello, I am hoping to make creamy leeks this evening but this will involve Creme Fraiche. Does anyone know the syn value of low fat creme fraiche as I rejoined group last night and cannot access SW online just yet to check.

    If you have the pack, you can work it out using the calories. It is 1 syn for every 20 cals, and this formula can be used for any food that doesn't have a free food allowance x HTH x
    13.5lbs down 31lbs to go to first goal
