    Syns in large dark chocolate buttons?

    Hi,

    Can anyone tell me how many syns are in Dark chocolate buttons, the large ones?

    Ive had 4 large dark choc buttons but can't find any threads regardig syns.

    I'm not too sure how many calories are in each, im finding it hard to find a thread or online. I have the 'Graze' boxes through my door and there where a few dark choc buttons in with raisans and I only had 4 dark choc buttons.

    The graze boxes come with a note saying what u got + how many cals per section x
    Jan 2013

    Put on 7lbs since sept so

    1st goal - to loose that 7lbs which would take me to 11st 9.5lbs - ACHIEVED!!!!!
    2nd goal - loose next 7lbs to get below my lowest sw weight of 11st 3lb (march 2012) - ACHIEVED!!!!
    3rd goal - loose 3.5lb to be 10st something - ACHIEVED!!! 6.5.13
    4th goal - loose 6.5lbs to get to goal of 10st 7lbs
