My Goals:-Lose half a stone YAY30.03.11
Wear that blouse that is just a tad too tight atm. Lose a stone WAhoooo, 01.06.11

2013 and not been following plan for quite some time so the pounds have been creeping on, back to just under 11st, so here we go again!
Hi, yes they all have a syn value I'm afraid. They range from 1½ to 3½ syns depending on which one.
Mini Goals
1. Lose ½st DONE 10/01/13
2. Get into the 12's - stones that is, not clothes unfortunately! DONE 10/01/13
3. Lose 1st DONE 06/02/13
4. Club 10 DONE 27/02/13
5. Lose 1½st (BMI will be under 30
6. Into the 11's DONE 26/03/13
7. Lose 2st DONE 07/05/13
8. Lose 2½st
9. Into the 10's (hopefully by my 30th on 21 July)
