Low fat yoghurts - free?
Hi,
I am new here! I have done slimming worl din the past, I want to lose about a stone and have decided that rather than "go on a diet" as that label always seems to make me find it hard I am just going to be more aware of what I eat and exercise.
With regards to my eating I will be trying to apply the Slimming World principles that I learnt.
On that note I though all low fat yoghurts were free - is that right? I just read something about the Morrisons low fat savers yoghurts having 1 syn in them and I've been eating them like they're free and not including them in my syn allowance for the day. Am I making a huge mistake?!?!?!?
Thanks!

I've had a look on the SW website and the only Morrisons Savers yogurt I can see is the low fat bio natural yogurt which is 1½ syns for the 125g pot. Unfortunately, not all low fat yogurts are free. There is a thread on here that might help you http://www.minimins.com/syn-values/1...-yoghurts.html

Brilliant, thanks very much! I'll have a look at that thread :)

I've go the Activia 0% fat ones that were on offer in Tesco (pack of 8 for £1.50) - they're syn free and really nice. There are lots of different kinds in the pack.

If you want a large pot Asda do a fat free blueberry 450grm pot which is free & very yummy.
