Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone knew syn value of tesco lighter choices cottage cheese with peri peri? it's 1.6% fat.

Yay! Thank you. Can I check also tesco light choices with pineapple? Think is 1 syn per 100g but not sure as I know some syns have changed since I last went to group
