How many syns in chocolate nesquick?

I love the stuff and really craving some...
I can't seem to find it on the syn calculator on line..

would imagine you could use the 1 syn for 20 cals rule, depending on how much you use. x

I love the banana one so would love to know syn value !! Think the two flavours would be similar xx
