Thread: syns in Asda italian three cheese pasta bake?

hi all!

Could i get some guidance please on the Asda Italian 3 cheese pasta bake. I used to have it an woful lot before slimming world, it tastes SO good!

Can't find it on Syns online. Can you post the nutritional info?

I reckon it will be 31.5 syns for half the pack - thats with no free food allowance

Although it has pasta in it is not the main ingredient so I have assumed that it will not get an allowance. That maybe wrong in which case it would be 15 syns

Fresh pasta doesn't get any free food allowance - it synned - unlike dried pasta which is free.

No actually it does, it appears on the drop down list of options for your allowance :-)

Oh weird, as fresh pasta itself is listed as synned in the pack. Apologies

No problem hun - I suppose its the same reason why yoghurt is on the list but it doesnt have to be fat free.

I had it last night, what a waste of syns! felt so poorly afterwards, way too much cheese. Wont be having that again. This morning was my weigh in, lost a pound!
