Hot Cross Buns

Hi

Does anyone have any idea how many syns are in Sainsburys in-store bakery hot cross buns?? If not which would be the lowest syn ones out there??

Can't find the exact ones, but the ones I've found range from 9.5 to 10.5 syns! (including the BGTY range which are 9.5!!)
