    Allinson bread HEX/SYNS

    Hi I'm needing help working out if Allinson wholemeal 400g loaf can be used as healthy extra?

    I am trying to do SW at home so I can't ask a consultant as I don't have one :/

    Oooooo i thought it was 57g. Nice to know i can have 3g more. Might not sound much but i would rather it be in my belly than in the bin lol
