I havent got the latests book to check syns so someone please tell me the syn value of ginger nut biscuits im sure it quite high :mad:

Hi, i dont have my books handy but i have the iphone app and ginger nuts are ranging between 2-3 syns!! Not too bad!! If you can tell me where you bought them i could maybe give you a more accurate answer if they are listed in my app xx
