Could any one give me the syn value for Sainsburys Be good to yourself Salad cream please? Would be very grateful before I go ahead and start using it on a regular basis.

(NVs are 24 cals fat 1.7 saturated fat 0.2g for 1 tablespoon)

You can use the 1 syn/20 calorie method for this, so would be 1 syn per tablespoon, anything that does not have a free food in i.e crisps, sauces, chocolate can be worked out this way xx
