I dont know if you guys can get hold of these, I haven't for years but we live in France now and they sell them here!!

Hoping they aren't too many syns because they are so sweet and yummy!

I'l post the nutrition if anybody would like to help ... per serving 28g

Going by the 1 syn for 20 cal this would be 6 syns so hope the calc helps!

As they don't qualify for any free food allowance you can work out the Syns using the formula 1 Syn = 20 calories.

So, in this case, 116 / 20 = 5.8 ... I'd round that up to 6
