hi im new can anyone tell me if this has syns in please.

Also can u explain the free food allowance i havent actually started a meeting yet but ive seen it posted in some posts regarding chocolate and stuff and just wondered what it was about

Oops sorry yes the mayo will deffo have syns - it looks like 0.5 per level tbsn (same as Extra Light Hellmans). There's no free food allowance in mayo so it'd be 1 syn for every 20 cals.
