Just had a quick google but can't find it yet. However, it'll be 1 syn for every 20 calories so perhaps just check out the NV on the bottle.
Anything 50 cals or less per 100mls is syn free x
Hi, just checked the sw website and Jamaican Style Hot Pepper Sauce, 2 level tbsp is 1/2 syn on all plans.
