Does anyone know the syn value of Lyons Golden Syrup cake. It's made by Mcvites. x

Hiya - As there's no free food allowance in cake, it'll be 1 syn for every 20 cals.

MFP shows it as 870 calories for the whole thing so divide the calories by the number of slices you get and use the 1:20 rule.
