    I'm on an extra easy day, not sure on all the ingredients, everything looked healthy (salad rice and prawns) the dressing might have had a bit of oil though

    Serving Size: 220 g, Calories: 255, Fat: 6.4g, Carbs: 25.3g, Protein: 20.2g
