    Syns in M&S fuller longer salmon meal...

    Hi, I'm back on the wagon after a couple of years, but have yet to join a group... I've never asked for syns values before (as I feel cheeky asking) but I'm desperate to find out the syns for the following meal from M&S... The pack is 385g. I've searched google and minimins to no avail! (I am at work however, so some sites are banned!)

    Comes up free on EE, on the calculator, tried looking in syns on line but in 4 pages of fuller longer there is no salmon one listed.
