Thread: syn value

hi,

i was just wondering if someone could help me in learning how to find out the syn value of something that I can't find in the books.

it's sainsbury's my goodness spicy chicken arrabiata pasta. would it help to post the nutritional info at the back of the label.

If you are a member you can look up the syns on the SW website or app. if it is not listed then you can also use their syn calculator to work it out yourself

Otherwise, for things that do not have a free food as the main ingredient you can use 1 syn per 20 calories. This however has pasta in it which is a free food so that calculation will not work. Instead you would need to post the nutritional information, main ingredients and serving size

3.5 syn on extra easy for 350g xx
